Estimated shipping delivery times

On average, your purchase will be shipped within 3 days of ordering.

Now, you know we can never be exact, but here’s where we stand on your purchase delivery:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

International shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

But, keep in mind, we do not take responsibility for customs fees. We just wanted to make sure you were aware.

Help! I never received my order!

If your order never arrived and it’s well past the estimated delivery dates listed above, we want to hear from you!

But first, check your shipping confirmation and make sure you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect and the order didn’t make its way back to us, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, we’ll get another item out to you. Either way, send us an email so we can handle it and get your product to you!

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange or return it as long as you contact us within 15 calendar days of when you received it. After 15 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements. 

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with product that arrived all janky. If you received damaged product,  please shoot us an email with your order number and a picture of the damage ASAP days so we can correct the problem!

Wrong size

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. You may exchange or return it as long as you contact us within 15 calendar days of when you received it. After 15 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements. 

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Items more than 15 calendar days after delivery
  • Items that have been used or worn or washed
